We got to know you Mr Anthony Akinyemi through a mutual friend, Caleb Arogundade. My family has been your client in the UK for the past ten years. Within a spate of time, you demonstrated professional competence, with a flavour of efficiency, candour and humanness. We found in you honesty, reliability and commitment. You never for once failed to deliver and never exploited foggy situations to make personal gains. Your departure is not just a loss to your family but a loss to humanity. We can only take consolation in the fact that based on the relatively short time we related together, you lived a life that had impact on fellow human beings and one of service to your Creator. God will comfort the wife, children and others you suddenly left behind. May your soul find rest in eternity, Amen. - Professor Segun Ajibola (Immediate Past President, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria)

Uncle Yele, you were a good uncle. You brought the family together always. Your calm nature was reassuring, yet you never hesitated to advise me on what you thought was the right thing to do. I have so many memories that I will remember forever. I remember when I was a teenager and I got into trouble with my dad, you came with me to beg on my behalf. I remember when I was getting married you blessed my husband and I with a substantial gift. I remember many Christmas days dancing together. I remember the last time I saw you, Christmas Eve 2019, you welcomed us well as you sat in your chair watching the arsenal match . Your presence cannot be replaced but we chose to remember the good times till we meet again. Rest well dear uncle , love you. Your niece, Moji Adepoju
