Very devastating, very very sad, what a personal loss to me and my family. Our relationship from secondary school to university of Lagos where we stayed in the same room until I graduated while you stayed to complete your five years program. We thereafter lived in the same street our house opposite each other during our working career in Lagos. We gave birth to our children almost at the same time. And until the time of death always in constant contact with each other. How can I forget all these? Tonee, as I used to call you, was a very gentle and easy going man who cannot hurt a fly. So kindhearted, dependable, brilliant and a goal getter. He became a chartered Accountant after having a second class upper degree in land surveying from university of Lagos. We love you my dear friend, brother and confidant, but God love you more. A good family man, Godly, devoted and a man that feared the Lord. May the Lord grant the family and friends the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. The first Secretary of sjc 77 and one of the pioneer members who gave everything to put the association together at its formative stage in Lagos. May your gentle soul rest in perfect peace.

Uncle Yele, you were a good uncle. You brought the family together always. Your calm nature was reassuring, yet you never hesitated to advise me on what you thought was the right thing to do. I have so many memories that I will remember forever. I remember when I was a teenager and I got into trouble with my dad, you came with me to beg on my behalf. I remember when I was getting married you blessed my husband and I with a substantial gift. I remember many Christmas days dancing together. I remember the last time I saw you, Christmas Eve 2019, you welcomed us well as you sat in your chair watching the arsenal match . Your presence cannot be replaced but we chose to remember the good times till we meet again. Rest well dear uncle , love you. Your niece, Moji Adepoju
