This is very sad news. I worked with Sandy for 2 years at DUSA, I didn't really know what I was doing in the job, but he was always wonderfully supportive, honest, professional and had a great sense of humour. He was a people-person and knew how to bring out the best in everyone. He always had time for staff and students, and could often lighten up a bad day. Thoughts and condolences for all of his friends and family.
