I've known Amrapali for several years when she was a postdoc at Stanford. She had the most amazing personality. She was the happiest and most positive person I have ever known. I still remember her laughs and giggles on the BMIR floors, and how empty everything felt when she moved to Maastricht. I remember our lunches, coffees and long discussions on any topic. She had a gift of sharing her happiness with others she would meet. I can't believe that she is gone and I won't see her again. Amrapali, you will be forever missed! You will live forever in our hearts. My deepest condolences to her family and friends.
