Adam was that larger than life character with an incredible smile and sense of humour to go with it. He was one of the most polite young men that you could ever wish to meet, and always made time to ask how things were with you. You were such a bright star Adam you will always be remembered and forever sadly missed.

The first time Adam burst into the food tech room he was late and he was smiling and I knew that we'd get on. He was kind and considerate young man who never failed to make me smile.
