Brother Abiodun Akanni, A Deacön in the RCCG. It still seems like a bad dream and hoping to wake up to cancel and say thank God it was a dream ! Alas it seems that is the Almighty’s Biding ,it is become true and real that you are gone. We can not question Kabioosi but give him all the glory for a the life of a dedicated and true son of God. Today I looked back at your usual position in Church it was vacant. A standing space by the entrance always working and ready for the next assignment. You never had a seat in Church you were consumed by doing the father’s will I never saw you sitting down. Among your various duties in Church is the Sunday school teacher for which I happened to be a Minister. You still took reassuringly the Topic “Spirit of fear” in January 3. You gave reasons according to the Bible why we should not be afraid in view of all that is happening around us. Little did we know you were preparing for a journey to the city where the streets are made of Gold.
A great and loving family man to the core , you encourage your wife in the way of the Lord and nurtured all your sons to follow on to know the Lord. A meticulous Architect of high repute. My husband’s ( Ayodele IFaturoti) darling Aburo in Goshen.
You will be sorely missed. Had the dream that you were OK and fine and smiling in your suit, little did I know it was a welcome home to your savior’s Bosom. We are consoled by the truth that you had gone home for duties in the higher realms seated with Christ in heavenly places.
We are confident the Lord who is ever faithful will Console , comfort and care for “ Olu mi” as you fondly call Funke your wife and Timi and Temi. They shall never lack help in Jesus Mighty Name.
Rest on Beloved Brother .....
